• Can I Return My SIRÉLI Jewelry? 

We want you to truly love your jewelry. If you're not fully satisfied, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Custom-made or engraved pieces are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
As all our rings are made to order, they also fall under this non-returnable category.

• How to Return a Piece

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@sireliparis.com with your full name, order number, and reason for the return.
The jewelry must be returned via tracked shipping with signature, in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

Return Conditions

• • The piece must not be customized or engraved.

  • It must be unworn, undamaged, and free of scratches or stains.

  • It must be returned in its original box and packaging.

  • Refunds will be issued only after inspection. If the jewelry does not meet the return criteria, we reserve the right to send it back or charge for cleaning or repair.

  • Please note: We are not responsible for lost packages if the return is not tracked.

• Can I Exchange My SIRÉLI Jewelry?
  

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to change an item, you must return the eligible piece and place a new order.

• Can I Exchange My SIRELI Jewelry?

 Unfortunately, We Don't Offer Exchanges. You'll Need to Initiate a Return and Then Place a New Order. Any Questions About This? Email Us at contact@sireliparis.com.

• Can I Modify or Cancel My Order?

Once You've Placed an Order, We Can't Make Changes or Cancel It. But, If You Change Your Mind Within 14 Days of Receiving It, You Can Return It.

• When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once Your SIRELI Jewelry Is Back with Us, We'll Process It Within 14 Working Days. You Should Get Your Refund Within a Maximum of 30 Days from When We Receive the Jewelry. We'll Also Send You an Email to Confirm It's Done.

Absolutely! Lab-Created Diamonds Are Real Diamonds. They Have the Same Optical, Physical, and Chemical Properties as Diamonds Mined from the Earth. The Only Difference Is Where They Come from. Even Experts Can't Tell Them Apart with the Naked Eye.

Yes! Each Handcrafted SIRELI Piece Comes with a 12-Month Warranty from the Date of Purchase, Covering Material or Craftsmanship Issues. Keep in Mind That Our Jewelry's Artisanal Nature May Result in Slight Variations, Adding to Its Unique Charm. If There's a Manufacturing Defect, We'll Repair It for Free Within 12 Months of Receipt. We'll Also Replace Lost Stones Up to 0.15 Ct. But, Our Warranty Doesn't Cover Normal Wear and Tear, Accidental Losses, Items Altered by Another Jeweler, or Stones Over 0.15 Ct. Got a Claim? • Do You Provide a Certificate for Diamonds?

Any Lab-Grown Diamond Over 0.5 Carats Set in a SIRELI Piece Comes with an IGI (International Gemological Institute) Certificate. IGI Is an Independent and Official Organization.

• How Does the Order Process Work?

When You Order an Item, You'll Be Charged Right Away. We'll Then Handcraft Your Jewelry on a Made-to-Order Basis, Which Takes 4 to 5 Weeks. We Do Our Best to Ship Within These Timeframes, but It Might Be a Bit Earlier or Later Depending on Production. Please Review Estimated Delivery Times Before Ordering. Once Your Pre-Order Piece Is on Its Way, You'll Get a Shipping Confirmation with Tracking Info. You Can Return Order Items Within 14 Days of Receipt. Check Our Return Policy for Details.

We Offer Complimentary Worldwide Shipping. We Send Parcels Directly from France via DHL Express. If You Provide an Inaccurate Delivery Address or Don't Claim Your Parcel, You'll Be Responsible for Re-Shipping Costs.

Please Note That Customs Fees Are Applicable for Deliveries Outside the European Union, and You Are Responsible for Covering These Costs.

Yes, It's Insured Against Loss, Damage, or Theft Until It Reaches You. We Require a Signature Upon Delivery, and We Don't Ship to P.O. Boxes, Packing Stations, APO, or FPO Addresses.

We Recommend Researching This Before Making a Purchase. SIRELI Is Committed to Completing All Necessary Administrative Tasks to Facilitate Customs Clearance.

Crafting Each Jewelry Piece Takes About 4 to 5 Weeks. Once It's Ready, We'll Ship It Within Three Working Days. Estimated Delivery Ranges from 3 to 6 Days from the Shipping Date.
