RETURNS

You have a 14-day window from the delivery date to initiate a return for a refund. Customized and Engraved designs based on your request are considered final sale and not eligible for returns.
Initiating a Return:
To commence a return, kindly email us at contact@sireliparis.com, including your full name and order number as a reference.
Return Conditions:
Returned items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. They should be in their original packaging. Please ensure that returns are postmarked within the 14-day return window. Returns not meeting these criteria may not be accepted. Such returns may be either sent back to you or subject to a cleaning/repair fee deducted from your refund.
