SIRÉLI provides complimentary and secure worldwide shipping, requiring a signature upon delivery.

Delivery Time:

Due to the made-to-order nature of our jewelry, please allow up to 5 weeks for crafting and preparation. Once ready, we assure dispatch within three working days.

Duties and Taxes:

For orders within the EU, all duties and taxes are already covered in the final price, eliminating the need for additional payment upon arrival.

However, for global destinations outside these regions, it's essential to be aware that the delivery company may impose specific taxes and duties.

We strongly advise researching these potential charges before completing your purchase. Rest assured, SIRÉLI is dedicated to managing all necessary administrative tasks for a smooth customs clearance process.

RETURNS

Eligibility and Timeframe:

You have a 14-day window from the delivery date to initiate a return for a refund.
Please note that custom-made or engraved designs are considered final sale and not eligible for return.

As all our rings are custom-made, they fall under this final sale policy and cannot be returned.
If your ring doesn't fit, we offer resizing (within a range of three sizes up or down) for an additional fee.

Return Conditions:

Returned items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. They should be in their original packaging. Please ensure that returns are postmarked within the 14-day return window. Returns not meeting these criteria may not be accepted. Such returns may be either sent back to you or subject to a cleaning/repair fee deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping:

Please be advised that we are not responsible for returns that are not received if a return label has not been provided. In the event of a lost return, the responsibility for locating it rests with you.
