Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 - Scope of Application

1.1 Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale Apply to All Sales of Products by SIRÉLI Paris, a Company Registered in France under the Number 908 538 259 and Whose Registered Office Is Located at 80 Rue Marechal Joffre, France. These Terms and Conditions Define the Rights and Obligations of the Parties Concerning the Sale of Products Through the SIRÉLI Paris Website.

1.2 Definitions

  • "Client" Refers to Any Natural Person, Acting for Purposes That Do Not Fall within the Scope of Their Commercial, Industrial, Artisanal, or Liberal Activity, Who Places an Order for Products on the Paris Website.
  • "SIRÉLI Paris" Refers to the Company SIRÉLI Paris, Which Sells the Products Presented on the Website.
  • "Website" Refers to the Website Operated by SIRÉLI Paris, Accessible at www.sireliparis.com.

Article 2 - Products and Availability

2.1 Product Information

The Products Offered for Sale Are Described and Presented on the SIRÉLI Paris Website. The Descriptions Include Essential Characteristics of the Products. However, Photographs Illustrating the Products May Have Variations and Are for Illustrative Purposes Only. The Client Is Encouraged to Carefully Read the Product Descriptions.

2.2 Product Availability

The Product Offers and Prices Are Valid as Long as They Are Visible on the Website, Subject to Availability. In the Event of Unavailability in the Made-To-Order Process of a Product After Placing an Order, the Client Will Be Informed by Email, and the Order Will Be Canceled. If the Payment Has Already Been Made, the Client Will Be Refunded Promptly.

Article 3 - Orders

3.1 Order Process

Orders Are Placed Exclusively on the SIRÉLI Paris Website. To Place an Order, the Client Should Follow the Online Purchase Process and Complete the Required Information, Including Shipping and Payment Information.

3.2 Order Confirmation

After Placing an Order, the Client Will Receive an Email Confirming the Order Details. This Confirmation Email Does Not Constitute Acceptance of the Order but Acknowledges That SIRÉLI Paris Has Received the Order.

3.3 Order Acceptance

The Sale Is Considered Final Only When SIRÉLI Paris Accepts the Order by Sending a Confirmation Email Indicating That the Order Has Been Shipped. SIRÉLI Paris Reserves the Right to Refuse or Cancel Any Order, Notably in Case of a Dispute with the Client Concerning a Previous Order or If the Ordered Quantity Exceeds Normal Household Needs.

3.4 Online Product Availability, Sales, and Disclaimers:

Some Products or Services Are Exclusively Available Online Through Our Website. Availability May Be Limited, and Returns/Exchanges Are Subject to Our Return Policy.

We Aim to Display Product Colors and Images Accurately but Cannot Guarantee Precise Monitor Representation. Sales of Our Products/Services May Be Restricted by Individuals, Regions, or Jurisdictions at Our Discretion. We May Limit Product Quantities, Change Descriptions/Pricing, or Discontinue Items Without Notice. Offers Are Void Where Prohibited by Law. We Don't Guarantee Products/Services Will Meet Expectations or Correct All Service Errors.

Article 4 - Prices and Payment

4.1 Prices

Product Prices Are Indicated in Euros (€) and Include All Taxes inside Europe. SIRÉLI Paris Reserves the Right to Modify the Prices at Any Time, but the Products Will Be Invoiced Based on the Rates in Effect at the Time of the Order.

4.2 Payment

The Client Can Make the Payment by Credit Card or Any Other Payment Method Made Available on the Website. Payment Is Due in Full at the Time of the Order. The Client Guarantees That They Have the Necessary Authorizations to Use the Chosen Payment Method.

4.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping Costs Are Wordwide Free.

4.4 Delivery and Transfer of Ownership

Products Are Delivered to the Address Provided by the Client During the Order Process. The Transfer of Ownership of the Products to the Client Occurs Upon Delivery, but the Client Becomes Responsible for the Risks Associated with the Products Upon Their Delivery. It Is the Client's Responsibility to Check the Products Upon Receipt for Conformity and Integrity. Any Reservations and Justified Claims Regarding Delays, Damages, or Missing Items Should Be Made to the Carrier Immediately Upon Receipt.

In Addition to the Withdrawal Period Described in Article 5 Below, the Client Should Check Shipments Upon Arrival and File Reservations and Justified Claims in Case of Delays, Damages, or Missing Items with the Carrier, as Required by Article L.133-3 of the French Commercial Code. Such Reservations Should Also Be Reported to SIRÉLI Paris's Customer Service, Whose Contact Information Is Available on the Website, Within the Same Timeframe and Manner. The Client Should Include a Copy of the Claim Submitted to the Carrier with Their Shipment.

Article 5 - E-Gift Card

Clients Have the Option to Purchase One or More E-Gift Cards on Our Website. It Is Important to Note That These E-Gift Cards Are Exclusively for Use on the SIRÉLI Paris Website and Are Not Valid with Our Partners or Resellers.

When Purchasing an E-Gift Card, It Is Not Possible to Apply a Discount Code or Pay for the Purchase with Another E-Gift Card. The Minimum Amount for Purchasing an E-Gift Card Is €50, and the Maximum Amount Can Be Up to €5,000.

The E-Gift Card Remains Valid for a Period of One Year from Its Date of Issuance. In Case of Non-Use Within This One-Year Period, the Corresponding Amount Will Be Considered Permanently Acquired by the Company.

Please Note That Our Gift Cards Are Only Available in Digital Form. After Purchasing an E-Gift Card, the Client Will Receive It via Email at the Address Provided During the Purchase. No Physical Card Will Be Sent. The E-Gift Card Will Be Applied to the Cart as a Unique Code.

E-Gift Cards Can Be Used in One or Multiple Transactions, and They Can Also Be Combined with Other E-Gift Cards. Any Unused Amount in a Transaction Will Be Retained for Future Use. If the Order Amount Exceeds the E-Gift Card Value, the Difference Must Be Paid with Another Payment Method.

In the Case of a Return of an Item Paid for with an E-Gift Card, the Refund Will Be Credited Back to the E-Gift Card, Without Affecting Its Validity Period.

Article 6 - Customer's Right of Withdrawal

In Accordance with Article L.121-20 of the French Consumer Code and Subject to the Exceptions Provided for in Article L.121-20-3 of the Same Code, the Client Has a Withdrawal Period of 14 Days from the Receipt of the Order to Return the SIRÉLI PARIS Product If Not Satisfied. Except for Custom and Engraved Jewelry Creations, These Are Excluded from Exchanges.

The Client Should Notify Their Intention to Return One or More Items by Sending an Email to contact@sireliparis.com, Specifying the Reason for the Return.

In the Case of a Return Due to Dissatisfaction, the Return Costs Will Be Borne by the Client. The SIRÉLI PARIS Product Must Be Returned in Perfect Condition, Complete, and in Its Original Packaging. The Return of the Package Should Be Made Using a Tracking Service with a Signature. Under These Conditions, SIRÉLI Paris Commits to Refund the Client, Excluding Delivery Costs, to the Bank Account Used for the Order, Within a Maximum Period of 14 Days from the Receipt of the Product. SIRELI Paris Reserves the Right to Refuse Any Subsequent Order in the Case of Abnormal or Abusive Returns.

Article 7 - Warranties & Liability

SIRÉLI Paris Is Committed to Delivering Products in Perfect Condition. If a Product Received by the Client Is Defective, Damaged, or Does Not Comply with the Order, the Client Should Contact SIRÉLI Paris Customer Service Within 14 Days of Receipt by Email at contact@sireliparis.com, Specifying the Defect or Non-Compliance. SIRÉLI Paris Will Provide Instructions on Returning the Product and May Request Photographic Evidence of the Issue.

SIRÉLI Paris Will Proceed with the Exchange or Refund of the Product, Including Return Shipping Costs, If the Defect, Damage, or Non-Compliance Is Confirmed.

SIRÉLI Paris Shall Not Be Held Responsible for Damage Resulting from Improper Use, Negligence, or Failure to Comply with the Instructions for Use and Maintenance Provided with the Product.

The Client Is Informed That the Jewelry Offered by SIRÉLI Paris May Contain Small Parts and Should Be Kept Out of the Reach of Children.

Article 8 - Limitation of Liability

SIRÉLI Paris Shall Not Be Held Liable for Any Inconvenience or Damage Arising from the Use of the Internet, Including a Break in Service, an External Intrusion, the Presence of Computer Viruses, or Any Other Occurrence Qualified as Force Majeure, in Accordance with the Law.

SIRÉLI Paris Shall Only Be Liable for Direct Damages Caused by a Proven Fault Attributable to the Company. SIRÉLI Paris's Liability Shall Not, in Any Event, Cover Indirect Damages, Data Loss, Loss of Profits, or Loss of Revenue, Among Others.

Article 9 - Personal Data & Confidentiality

9.1 Collection & Processing of Personal Data

SIRÉLI Paris Collects and Processes Clients' Personal Data in Accordance with Its Privacy Policy, Available on the Website.

9.2 Security of Personal Data

SIRÉLI Paris Is Committed to Protecting the Security of Clients' Personal Data in Accordance with Applicable Regulations.

9.3 User Submissions

If You Provide Us with Specific Submissions, Such as Contest Entries, at Our Request, or If You Voluntarily Submit Creative Ideas, Suggestions, Proposals, Plans, or Other Materials to Us, Whether Through Online Channels, Email, Postal Mail, or Any Other Means (Collectively Referred to as 'Comments'), You Hereby Grant Us the Unrestricted Right to Edit, Copy, Publish, Distribute, Translate, and Use These Comments in Any Medium, at Any Time. We Are Not Obligated to: (1) Keep These Comments Confidential; (2) Provide Compensation for Them; or (3) Respond to Them.

While We Reserve the Right to Monitor, Edit, or Remove Content, We Are Not Obligated to Do So. We Will Exercise This Right at Our Sole Discretion When We Identify Content That We Believe, in Our Judgment, Is Unlawful, Offensive, Threatening, Libelous, Defamatory, Pornographic, Obscene, Objectionable, or in Violation of Any Party's Intellectual Property Rights or These Terms of Service.

You Agree That Your Comments Will Not Infringe upon the Rights of Any Third Party, Including Copyrights, Trademarks, Privacy, Personality Rights, or Any Other Personal or Proprietary Rights. Your Comments Shall Not Contain Material That Is Libelous, Unlawful, Abusive, or Obscene, Nor Should They Contain Any Computer Viruses or Malware That Could Impact the Operation of the Service or Related Websites in Any Way. You Must Not Use a False Email Address, Impersonate Another Person, or Mislead Us or Third Parties Regarding the Source of Any Comments. You Bear Sole Responsibility for the Accuracy and Content of Your Comments. We Assume No Liability and Take No Responsibility for Comments Posted by You or Any Third Party.

Article 10 - Intellectual Property

All Elements of the SIRÉLI Paris Website, Whether Visual or Auditory, Including the Underlying Technology, Are Protected by Copyright, Trademarks, or Patents. They Are the Exclusive Property of SIRÉLI Paris. Any Simple or Hypertext Link Is Strictly Prohibited Without Express Written Consent from SIRÉLI Paris.

Article 11 - Force Majeure

Neither Party Shall Be Considered in Breach of Its Contractual Obligations to the Extent That Their Performance Is Delayed, Hindered, or Prevented by a Fortuitous Event of Force Majeure. The Party Affected by Such Circumstances Shall Notify the Other Party within Five Business Days of Becoming Aware of Them. The Two Parties Will Then Meet, within One Month, Unless Impossible Due to the Force Majeure Event, to Assess the Impact of the Event and Agree on the Conditions for Continuing Contract Performance. If the Force Majeure Event Lasts for More Than Three Months, These General Terms and Conditions May Be Terminated by the Injured Party.

Article 12 - Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions Are Subject to French Law. Any Dispute Relating to Their Interpretation and/or Execution Shall Be Submitted to the Competent French Courts.
